White House Deputy Press Secretary now claims that this representation—made by a Justice Department attorney in federal court just a few hours ago—is “fake news.”

When reporting Sec Hegseth said this morning that he is "not aware of ANY intelligence that I’ve reviewed" saying uranium was moved from Iran nuclear facility before US strike. It would be good to note: 1) He initially refused to answer the question by 2 reporters 2) DIA report said Iran moved it⤵️

NEWS: Kenneth Chesebro, "architect" of the 2020 fake electors plot who pleaded to criminal charges in Georgia, has been disbarred from the practice of law in New York, per order issued today by New York appellate court.

Trump says he gave Iran permission to bomb US airbase. Any other president would have been impeached before sunset www.washingtontimes.com/news/2025/ju...

Senator @chrismurphyct.bsky.social post intel briefing: 1) "I do not think the president was telling the truth when he said this program was 'obliterated.'" 2) "It still appears that we have only set back the Iranian nuclear program by a handful of months." 3) Questions absence of DNI Gabbard

Also post intelligence briefing: Q: "Do you have some sense of where the enriched uranium is at this point?" Sen. Cotton: "I will say it was not part of the mission to destroy all their enriched uranium." ... Sen. Graham: "I don't know where the 900 pounds of highly enriched uranium exists."

So much to chew on with the Pew validated-voter study, starting with this graphic re: what happened to 2020's voters. Trump 2020: 85% stuck with him in 2024, 3% to Harris, 11% didn't vote. Biden 2020: 79% stayed with Harris, 5% to Trump, 15% didn't vote. www.pewresearch.org/politics/202...

NEWS: In Newsom v. Trump, Judge Breyer finds that he has jurisdiction to consider a preliminary injunction based on Posse Comitatus Act grounds — and grants California’s request for discovery on that issue.

Kari Lake is the frothy shitstain on Arizona's asscrack. What a disgraceful loon.

The Trump now admin plans to limit sharing classified information with Congress after that internal assessment leaked suggesting the U.S. strikes weren't as successful as Trump claimed, four sources tell Axios. www.axios.com/2025/06/25/i...

Bove claims he has no recollection of the fuck you comment. Doesn't deny it. "I've certainly said things to encourage prosecutors to fight hard."

Asked directly if he stated that DOJ would need to consider telling the courts “fuck you,” Bove repeatedly claims he does not recall saying that.

At Senate hearing just now on nomination for lifetime judgeship, Emil Bove says he doesn't "recall" how many Jan 6 prosecutors were fired when he helped run Justice Dept this year

Since May: Federal district courts have ruled against Trump admin 94% of the time. Supreme Court has sided with the Trump admin 94% of the time. A judiciary at war with itself.

Bove dismisses concerns abt Eric Adams quid pro quo based on fact that Dale Ho (already impugned in this hearing) bc Ho dismissed it. BUT HO SAID THERE WAS A QUID PRO QUO. You are, quite literally, blowing off a judge's ruling.

HAPPENING NOW: Third Circuit Court of Appeals nominee Emil Bove--Trump's former criminal defense counsel--is set to face questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee. Hearing comes 1 day after whistleblower claimed that Bove suggested ignoring court order www.judiciary.senate.gov/committee-ac...

Belatedly noticing that when the govt asked SCOTUS to clarify its order in the 3d-country removals case today (DVD), it also asked it to bar Judge Murphy from issuing any more injunctions without SCOTUS's preclearance or, alternatively, to remove Murphy from the case. It sees SCOTUS as its enforcer.

A federal appeals court just ruled that the Trump admin must try to bring back to the U.S. *another* man deported to El Salvador in violation of a court order.   It's the fourth time since March that federal courts have ordered the admin to return immigrants deemed illegally or improperly deported.

So many experts warned of this. CNN ‪‪@natashabertrand.bsky.social: Pentagon's "Defense Intelligence Agency has assessed that the core components of Iran's nuclear program are largely intact and that Iran's nuclear program has essentially only been set back by months."

This is the executive seizure of power that SCOTUS and the Trump appointees on the DC Circuit have sought to conceal from the public. I don’t think it’s possible to repair the functioning of the courts without a new composition of SCOTUS, whether through added seats or resignations/departures.

US Steel golden share? Class G shares?? No! It’s worse than that, it’s a personal power granted to 🍊🤡👑!! From US Steel’s amended certificate:

The Bove allegations should be treated as something akin to Watergate, or Iran Contra. The administration was attempting to do something they *knew* was illegal (anticipating the courts saying as much), and then trying to COVER IT UP. Only here instead of it being run out of the WH or NSC, it’s DOJ

Folks look at you like you’re crazy when you say we’re in the midst of the worst & most unprecedented Article I constitutional crisis in 🇺🇸 history, & then, well, 👇🤷‍♂️

There's going to war on faulty intelligence, then there's going to war in absence of intelligence, and then there's this: Going to war in the face of contrary intelligence Vice Chair of Senate Intelligence Committee asking one of the most important questions👇

NYTimes has a long history of holding conservatives—including its paid columnists, like Stephens here—to absolutely no standards whatsoever, but still worth noting the complete lack of ethics required to not mention how 99.99% of Iran's uranium stockpile was due to Trump withdrawing from JCPOA.

In ruling that she will order his release soon, Judge Holmes expressed doubt that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13. He has no criminal history, and the claim is "contradicted" by the government's evidence, she wrote. Full story. www.allrisenews.com/p/abrego-rel...

A must read analysis. I can't recommend this highly enough. True expertise on the most pressing issues now. By @briannarosen.bsky.social @tessbridgeman.bsky.social and Nima Gerami

Senator Ted Cruz 2013 on Obama attacking Syria: "The residual presidential authority to act militarily in the absence of a declaration of war is based on an imminent, direct threat to the United States." "[Acting] would be contrary to the Constitution" Senator Cruz 2025 on Trump attacking Iran:

On left: President Trump: "Iran’s key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated" On right: Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair: "I think BDA [battle damage assessment] is still pending, and it would be way too early for me to comment on what may or may not still be there"

And so the United States goes to war with Iran without so much as a by your leave to the American people. No statement, other than on social media; no notice to Congress; no serious deliberation. This is the stuff of autocrats. Disgraceful.

The war in Iran is illegal under the UN Charter, under War Powers Act, and didn't even comply with National Security Act.

Just a heads up: if we are in fact at war, the authorities Trump has been using — many/most of which are delegated wartime authorities — will only expand and be given more deference by the courts. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

President Trump: “We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan.”

Mahmoud Khalil has been released from federal immigration detention after 104 days in custody.

1/10 Meet the Russian spy that Elon Musk accidentally helped reveal: Sergey Goryachev Working in the White House with Trump as the director of personnel, using the name “Sergio Gor” (not very inventive) Sergio claims to be from Malta, but has not had a background check.

Over on Xitter, the MAGAt US Attorney announced charges against the man who stood up for his co-workers at WalMart. There's not a shred of evidence to substantiate this charge. EVEN Essayli's video makes it quite clear ICE tackled the guy before he did anything.

Liz was one of the first to notice that the “old bulls” - by which she means old school conservative Reagan judicial appointees - have largely been appalled at the Trump presidency & have been reliable votes for the rule of law. This is a great piece over at Public Notice.

Keep in mind public land is land owned BY YOU, the taxpayer. Republicans want to sell it off so they can pay for their tax cuts for billionaires and corporations.

It would be more useful to ask Trump if he was going to pardon Boetler, like he pardoned 1,500 Jan6ers (including one adjudged terrorist), than to ask if he'll call Tim Walz. "With DOJ bigfooting into the criminal case against the assassin that killed Democrats, do you plan to pardon him, too?"

SCOOP: The "Appeal To Heaven" flag, a popular symbol for Christian nationalists that was waved by January 6 rioters, was raised over the Small Business Administration headquarters last week.

All the arrests of Dems save Dugin (where they waited a week) -- Baraka, McIver, Huerta -- were by DHS. The FBI has better rules against politicization. For example, here, DHS may not fall under DOJ's election interference rules, tho this clearly is a violation.

This is true, but he did not delete his "fact check, True" of Elon's claim that "The far left is murderously violent."

Look, everyone, including Trump, can have butterfingers, it happens. But let’s be honest, if Biden had done this (as with the tripping or walking the wrong way or whatever) there would have been multiple news stories and calls for medical examinations. It’s the double standard that annoys me

Breaking: A federal jury in Colorado just found MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell defamed a former Dominion Voting Systems employee after the 2020 election. The employee, Eric Coomer, sued after Lindell called him a traitor and accused him of stealing the election.

EXCLUSIVE: A GOP congressman from N. Carolina appears to have violated the STOCK Act by failing to properly disclose hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of "Liberation Day"-timed stock purchases from which he profited after quickly selling. From me in @fortune.com: fortune.com/2025/06/16/t...

Next time tries to do the “boohoo don’t make money while serving the public”, post attention to their silence on this…
