First the garbage disposal, then the damn sink broke loose from the granite countertop, then the kitchen faucet gave out and just now I opened up a warm refrigerator. I’m bracing for what is next that I can’t fix myself. Being poor has made me pretty handy around the house!

I had a dream that employers were requiring employees to wear a “contact lens camera” so that worker activity and possible thefts could be monitored. You know that if they are developed that this will become a real thing. I hope I don’t live long enough to experience this.
