Just here typing about my teams! Last championship by any of my teams was the #Dolphins perfect season over 50 years ago. #Mariners and #Sharks and #Kings have never won in their history. This is gonna be their year!

The M's have some excellent players that are sooooo easy to root for, but somehow the chemistry is not right. Without being there it is hard to know why, but I think it flows down from the front office. Players don't trust them to improve the team or to make decisions outside of analytics and $$$.

The #Mariners are the team that affects me more than any other. When they are bad it is crushing and boy are they bad right now. More than any other sport, vibes are an important factor in any baseball team. Vibes are hard to quantify and aren't considered by increasingly stat driven front offices.

I haven't been looking forward to a #Dolphins season less since 2019. I hope training camp gives me a reason for optimism. I have been a big Tua stan and I think Mike McDaniel is super fun, but even I am starting to question if this is the best direction for the team. Please change my mind!

Much of that is at the heart of societal ills right now. People all want to root for their team and not enough people's team is "Humanity". I have never seen stronger team spirit and blindly following and agreeing with team leadership than those who are wearing cheap red hats that are made in China.

Although, as I crack voters for not watching enough Sharks games to vote, I admit to seeing Lane Hutson exactly 2 games this year and Dustin Wolf just a handful more than that, so I am guilty of something I unsubstantiately accused voters of. Shows it's easy to be blinded rooting for your team.

I am surprised and disappointed that #SJSharks Macklin Celebrini did not win the Calder Award. I don't know who gets to vote but I worry that many voters did not watch much Sharks hockey this year. Macklin is a great 200 foot player who would have had 20 more points with different teammates.

Haliburton has thrived in an environment with excellent supporting players in a balanced and well-thought out system. If the #SacKings had augemented their team with a wing and an athletic shot blocker instead of trading De'Aaron Fox, we might also be making deep playoff runs.

I am happy for former #SacKings Tyrese Haliburton. I don't get Kings fans being salty about him or even the trade. It was a dice roll of a trade at the time, but we needed to get some sort of front court presence and we got someone who excells at everything aside from rim protection.

I have not been posting or replying at all lately because my general desponency about America has beaten down my enthusiasm for social interaction. To try to shake that off, here are takes on all 4 of my teams...

The #SJSharks are unable to win consecutive NHL draft lotteries despite having consecutive seasons with the lowest points. Time to get to work GMMG and make this a playoff team next year!

So excited to see the Mariners in my hometown for a three game series!! I never thought I would see the day. Wind is blowing out hard to right. I can see some offensive fireworks. Mariners will hit 4 HRs and hold off the Sacramento A's for 10-8 victory. Cal will hit one all the way out of the park.

Great night of sports! A short-handed #Kings team on the second night of a back-to-back on road come from way down to basically clinch a play-in game. #Mariners get what seems like their only clutch hit of the season in the 8th with 2 outs to beat the hated Astros.

I am generally an optimistic sports fan. Maybe it’s the spiraling of our country and malaise I feel from that, but I am sad to report, the 24-25 #Kings are dead, long live the new #Kings.

I really should be used to losing, but this #Mariners start has me verrrry concerned. Trying real hard to remember this is a marathon and not a sprint.

I'm putting up my perfect 6-0 #Kings record on the line tonight! Malik Monk is back on the court after Reece gave him an earful on Friday. I assume it was about him not playing. Big game on the second night of a back-to-back following a heart-breaking OT loss. I'm nervous. 😬 Prediction: 114-102 Loss

#Sharks get a comeback win in Toronto vs a first place team. #Kings light the beam to start their roadie 3-0. For just a minute I forgot I was living in America’s worst timeline.

Heading to the G1 to see if the #Kings can salvage their season. The #Kings are 6-0 when I have seen them live this year. 8-14 at home when I haven't These next two games are must wins if I am going to be able to keep talking myself into them having a chance at the playoffs this year.

Haniger with a Spring Training blast for the #Mariners! I am holding out hope (against my better judgement) that Mitch is not cooked and he will have a solid year. Seems like a good egg.
