“Safety issues” are the 3rd & 4th words in the post. Midway through the story you read about teen fighting and one post-prom shooting in a SC town of <5k. That is the only documented safety issue cited in the entire story. The rest is “concerns.” What sparks the concerns? We don’t find out.
