Democracy is a struggle of opinions. Personal excuses like "I didn't vote for it" doesn't absolve anyone nor change anything. Could you have done more? Probably. It all happened because people let it. Win it back instead of being a moping victim. Start by saying "we" instead of "I". You're not alone
