Pick the battles you could win. Did Harry Truman get permission to send troops to Korea? Did John Kennedy get congressional authority to send troops to Vietnam? Did Lyndon Johnson? And so on. Congressional approval is a pretty weak complaint in 2025.

Some home prices are falling. Like in TO, and Vancouver. Not falling elsewhere, in places that aren’t the centre of the universe.
