Blue states should respond by passing laws that make this illegal. In other words, if Texas AG Ken Paxton tries to charge a Texas resident for an abortion they had in Illinois, then Ken Paxton has broken an Illinois law and gets arrested if he travels to Illinois. Limit their freedom of movement.
