It's an easy cop-out to think trans people are responsible for our own oppression, because if that was the case, it's something we could have control over and remedy. It's a lot harder to reckon with the reality that a coalition of right wing groups are spending extraordinary money opposing us.

The Supreme Court upheld the TN ban on transgender youth medical care. What this means, 24 other states have already enacted similar laws and are being challenged. Given this ruling, it's likely that these laws will be upheld. Bans on youth care could lead to similar restrictions aimed at adults.
