SGE, special government employee position was created by Congress in 1972 or 1962. The person can hold that position for 130 days out of 365 days but can work multiple years. So Musk has 130 days to abolish everything he wants to which explains his blitzkrieg action.

We could take a lesson from South Korea, a country that values their democracy. A country of fifty one million people wanted democracy and their parliament impeached their president. A country of three hundred and seventy million people showed no value or respect for democracy.
