I was reminded of a random food idea that once popped into my head: A quick stop restaurant that serves nothing but side dishes : Bowls of mashed potatoes,mac-n-cheese,chili,cheese sticks,mini onion blossom,salads,etc. that could be quickly picked up and eaten on the go. Call it "Side Hustle"
