Just going to throw it out there: why "golden dome"? Gold is not a particularly durable metal and has low impact resistance. Titanium dome? Carbon nanotube? Tungsten? Even diamond would make more sense. Kind of like naming a sportscar "sloth" or robot sentinel "soupcan".
