I tried a "Custom Theme Made by CoPilot" in the Outlook app* resulting in a UI made out of garish colours and a big bitmap background making things harder to read. 🤷‍♂️ I think the CoPilot needs to find better things to do with its time. (* "Outlook app" - no idea which one it is any more )

Is there a name for a marketing email to an existing customer base which drives the customer to go and find a competitor deal? ( BT mails me to suggest renewing my broadband contract early to get "a deal" so I go look at their deal and realise that Sky is 40% cheaper at the same bandwidth ).
