Yakuza Gaiden and Infinite Wealth's handling of Kiryu is already kinda dogshit, so having Yong Yea dub him there didn't matter to me. But the fact we're getting this random YouTuber's voice instead of an actor who can actually sound intimidating inherently devalues Yakuza 0's dub imo.
