Weeknight meatball subs. Buttermilk bread (food processor), eggs, ground beef, adobo seasoning, fresh parsley, s&p, mixed, balled, browned in EVOO. Meatballs simmered in leftover marinara. Par baked French bread w butter, garlic. Meatballs & mozzarella under broiler. Parmesan. Tasty & easy!
