Today in the Lords ... A long slog on the Renters' Rights Bill, with Peers trying to fill gaps in the legislation. The Bill was hastily written, quite skeletal, which the Lords never like. It puts too much power into the hands of the Sec of State, who can later decide on anything not in the Bill.
