Nesting mama swan on the banks of the Dargle. This whole bank was flooded yesterday, but it looks like she knew to build the top of the nest just above the floodline (Also, the swans in Bray are not aggressive bastards like every other swan I've met? What's the deal with that?)

What I don’t get about transphobes is, even if they were 100% demonstrably correct about the existence of a clear biological binary, what difference would it make? A stranger’s blameless life would still be none of their fucking business. The fact that they’re wrong is almost beside the point.

I mean, any kid that grew up with SFF definitely played their own version of spaceman spiff - that's got to have an effect. It did for me, at least. In a more tangible sense, I get a lot of ideas for writing/world-building by running homebrew TTRPGs
