I've been refactoring/improving some things in a theming framework I've been creating... Today I went from feeling productive, to feeling like I've over thought a problem and I've been wasting my time for months, back to feeling super accomplished... Does anyone else feel like that sometimes?

As I enter into the last day of a training course I am giving, I find myself overjoyed that I will not have to look at another slide again for the next while... I'm so tired of slides. Today there will be no slides! All hands on! All day! No exceptions!... Except for the feedback slides. Dang it.

I'm back to Notion after my brief test of AFFiNE. Not a huge fan of what seems like arbitrary limits on storage use? It's self host... It's storage I own. What? Next I'm going to check out Docs! docs.numerique.gouv.fr Open source and backed by French and German governments. Sounds interesting.

So in an attempt to reduce monthly subscription fees I'm trying out AFFiNE, a competitor to Notion that you can self-host. affine.pro I've only transferred over a few pages, but it looks pretty cool! The lack of support for callout blocks is unfortunate though. Overall it looks promising!

I've been playing around with Copilot Next Edit Suggestions in VSCode this week. It's very inconsistent. It either suggests the exact thing I was going to change and is incredible, or just makes up new code to insert instead of editing anything at all and is in the way. Standard AI experience 😆

None of the existing applications were anywhere near accessible, so I figure that should be a focus for this. Maybe the pattern grid can be in a table? Not sure yet. I'll need to think on this. Think I should use #vuejs to make it ultimately.
