I’m reading about this now. Some ppl who move into management roles mess it up by immediately trying to prove they know everything, when they don’t. Really, it’s about observing, asking questions, being vulnerable and eventually helping your team adapt to necessary changes that improve outcome.

Needs to be a lot more regulation, and public scrutiny, of bottled water industry. For a start, consumers don’t know that many brands are essentially just tap water —and others have a lower health standard than tap water. Then there’s impact of shipping them around. Maybe tax water extraction?
