Polygon was a great constant to have over the years, they did a lot of quality work and held themselves to a really high standard. Very frustrating to see sharp people with solid, institutional knowledge get tossed out like this.

When I was a kid my dad and I would go to this little shack not too far from our house, near the Marietta Square. It had a big sign that said "ITALIAN BEEF" and was run by this old Jewish guy who I think was 80 years old at birth. 1/2

Today would've been my sister's 34th birthday. I was unpacking some things this morning and I found my real actual childhood SNES. When she was like four she drew all over it with a marker and wrote her name real big at the top. I remember being so, so mad at the time. But now I'm glad she did.
