More than 50,000 people in Gaza are dead. 114,000 have been wounded — two-thirds of whom are women & children. The entire infrastructure has been destroyed. Much of that devastation has been done with bombs that the U.S. supplied to the Netanyahu war machine. We are complicit.

Human rights aren’t negotiable. Worker protections aren’t optional. Rule of law isn’t a slogan. Get loud or get left behind.

In most societies, the rich and powerful acceded to the rule of law solely because they realized that, as soon as ordinary people feel they’re getting screwed without any chance of peaceful redress, that’s when you get the pitchfork-wielding mobs.
