Rescue Cat must have done a poo by now (thankfully house trained, but hasn't done a poo for a day and a half) Sidequest: investigate litterbox for treasure. (she's a wonderful wee cat, and is good at being specific if she's unhappy about something (head scratches, food, investigation, fuck off)

Only other creatures getting up this early are 2 Hawks & the 3 Plovers. A milligram of daylight and "It's On Like Donkey Kong" it's West Side Story but with birds (maybe cat also, I haven't checked on grumpyface yet, but she hasn't checked on me either, which means she's probably snoozing somewhere)

Worried about when to let New Cat go outside. (As you do at 5am) I think she needs another week indoors and ideally I'd like her to be a mostly inside cat (For her sake and the wildlife). If let out she will probably just inspect various things (and loudly rate them out of 10) and then come back.
