I came across a LP for Alchemilla. I had totally forgotten about it.

please help my baby boy Simon get his teeth fixed! I can tell he's in a lot of pain right now, he hasn't been himself lately. any little bit helps, including shares. 💜 ko-fi.com/skullpixl/go...

Hey everyone! ISO beta readers. I've got a Pride and Prejudice variation that's ready for feedback. Specifically I'm looking at plot holes, and language usage. It was written to be closer to Austen's writing voice as opposed to modern, but I want it to be approachable. #prideandprejudice #betaread

Guess I'm done. Deleted the smut scene and ended up on an even number. It's a sign. Straight to publishing. J/k, I still need readers.

Austinite friends: I've been writing P&P variations and my first book is nearly ready for test-readers. Is anyone open to read and give impressions? I have specific needs, so I'm not gonna throw you to the wind and ask "SO IS IT GOOD?"

Planted on the same day, my melons germinated before my cucumbers. Wtf?

Tx folks: chance of severe weather on Mon-Tues. Bring in your seedlings and sprouts, if possible.

My students made it to State with their science performance!! I can't wait to see it in person! On Saturday during the competition, I was assessing another category.

@sunlitriddle.bsky.social and I have a cozy evening planned. Gonna light a fire, brew some tea, and parallel read.

This is disgusting. I always try to watch/read for context, but even with sound, it can't be anything but a salute.

Got some additional meds for anxiety. It's a sedative. Note to self, don't take it before driving; wait until I get to school. I've I'm actively moving around, it shouldn't be a problem. As it is, I feel like a slug.

There really is nothing like a physical book.

Hmm. It wasn't forecasted to snow. School is currently open because the roads are fine. Let's see if that lasts. I'd love a hot chocolate and a cat.

Have another.

Enjoy this cat.

Additional meds for my anxiety regimen. Fingers crossed this will help. Therapy has done me some good, but I'm only 4 sessions in. It takes time. It's so much easier to be patient with someone else than it is with yourself.

After being in an anxious spiral, it felt good to start some new life in the garden. Unfortunately I'm out of the peppers we usually grow, but I think I have the timing right for a decent growing season.

Listen I know shit sucks but PLEASE find the things that make you happy and keep doing them. It is not frivolous. It is how you survive.

I just listened to a podcast with several episodes covering McCarthy and it seems like I'm not the only one seeing parallels.

Here's a list of DOGE staff, assembled and annotated by my colleagues at BI. Whatever you do, please don't share it. www.businessinsider.com/doge-staff-l...

Happy Black History month! ✊🏿 Sharing this study from the Little Rock Nine as a friendly reminder that this was not that long ago. We've made progress, but now more than ever we gotta remember history. #pixelart

I am aware that I've only been consuming dem media. In an effort not to spiral, I am *actively looking for anything good.*

Hopped onto a conservative outlet to see what kind of message is going out. It's exactly what you expect. Blaming liberals for broadening social views by influencing companies and not through politics. Logical fallacies galore. Using "progressive" as a slur.

Let us have all of Gritty's greatest traits.

Hell yeah. Hold the line. This is what we need people to do. Slow things down, don’t comply in advance so the courts have time to stop them. It’s starting to work.

I know I've been posting a lot of political stuff... this is unlike me, if you didn't know. To those whose mental health is being affected, I am truly sorry. Each reblog is one of fear or elation, depending on the news, and I know it is draining. I won't stop until things simmer down.

Now with alt text.

Thank you! A federal judge blocked U.S. DOGE employees from altering any records of payments at the Treasury Department while she weighs a request by public interest groups for a broader injunction against their activity. Thank you, U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly’s! 🙏
