Friends living with #MS. Does anybody else find that if they start shivering at all, it becomes a rib-shattering endeavor that lasts several minutes? Its like a Charley-horse from my shoulders to my hips, and its just indesctibable. Anybody experience similar? Anything help? Struggling here.

Yesterday we hosted the very bravest and hardiest of local teens... Through one of the wettest, muddiest days yet this year, they managed to plant over 100 native trees, build a wattle fence, landscape our new Saxon garden, and start work on a woven Mesolithic shelter!
