Yesterday I lost my father Dr. Frank Gibson. A drumming virtuoso, he had an incredible near 70 year career, performing with artists ranging from the Temptations to Dusty Springfield. He played on 250+ records, with Elton John, Brian May, Rick Wakeman, the Walker Brothers and even David Hasselhoff.

I’m devastated to hear my friend of 50 years has passed. Just spoke to her 2 days ago & she was her usual feisty, hysterically funny self. This is a hard one. I was her 1st house guest in her new home in 1975 & helped her paint her NYC apartment. Just heartbroken. So hard to lose old friends.💔💔💔
