I feel like women have been saying this forever. Back in 2015 I had this large painful bulge in my lower stomach and went to see my GP. He recommended I lose weight. Mind you I was around 130lbs at 5'7 at the time. Went to my gyno it was 22 cm ovarian cyst. I'm shocked the numbers aren't higher
