Every time the Brexit mess makes headlines it is so clear how - unlikely though it might seem - the pro Brexit whiners always sound like ageing Marxists with their “Brexit (Communism) would have been brilliant if only it had been done right.” It’s really quite sad.

The hysterical reaction of certain commentators to today’s UK-EU agreement is something to behold. The “surrender” of using e-gates when you go on holiday. The contempt for the “will of the people” of making education abroad more accessible. Rigorous debate is good. This nonsense is a waste of time.

Roughly 17,000 councillors in the UK. Nearly 6500 Labour. Just over 5000 Tory. 3000 Lib Dem. Reform have 799 and suddenly N.F. is being touted by the media as the next Prime Minister? The Green Party have 850 councillors. Why aren't the Green Party being bigged-up by the press? Seriously, why?
