Here’s the thing, if they are picking up folks working in the country illegally, I’m going to need to see some white guys also being arrested for employing people working illegally in the country. Otherwise, it’s just racism.

It's so dumb to come after F-1 students. They come into the US, each year, with oodles of money since it's a requirement to show that you have the funds to cover tuition and living expenses for the year. Plenty of times, they pay full tuition, so they help Universities offer low rides to others.

It's fascinating to me that it's essentially relatively young judges appointed by Trump who reliably rule in favor of the administration. Almost like there's two SCOTUS seats potentially opening up.

I'm surprised that the justices didn't ask/push back more regarding safe guarding judicial resources. Can you imagine how expensive, time consuming, and all encompassing litigating citizenship per person would be? Courts would only be listening citizenship cases.

They're just harassing people who should all file civil audits btw.

It'll be interesting if "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" were to mean something other than what it means now. Can noncitizens be removed if they are not subject to US laws (the jurisdiction in question)? That's part of the reason why Elk v. Wilkins came out one way and Kim Wong Ark the other.

It's always funny/amazing how Wikipedia gets updated the second something happens. Taking being chronically online to its natural lawful or chaotic good ends.
