Cinema Paradiso is on TCM right now. It's one of my all time favorite films. I saw it in the theater 5 times when it came out. It is a film about the love of movies and how they used to bring communities together. Breathtaking and poignant. 🎬 🎥 ❤️

Probably TMI this morning. But I've been struggling with an IBS flare for a few weeks. I started following the guidelines for Low FODMAP eating about a week ago. It is producing results, thankfully. I found an app yesterday that will be very helpful: FODMAP friendly.
