The only ones I know of who would be opposed to are Felon47 & his regime. I think a lawsuit will be filed regardless but I think CA has a strong case. that’s a good question I think Yes. the panel today was for the temporary restraining order so that’s separate compared to the injunction. I think it’ll be a different panel but we’ll see. I’ve heard stories that Newsom’s lawyers will file for an en banc if this panel doesn’t rule in his favor.
