This video made me smile and cry. Looking the way I look, I know some of my patients may be apprehensive about being honest with me for fear of prejudice. That's why I always wear a symbol on me to reassure them that I am accepting of everyone. It's not virtue signalling. It's safety signalling.

One thing I dislike about the .NET ecosystem is the widespread surrender, expecting things to be served up to them by Microsoft. I can't think of another community that is so dependent on a company to solve all the problems for them. To be frank, this irritates me to great lengths.
