Here in Devon the @libdems.org.uk came storming through to win 27 seats (a gain of 18 seats) falling just 4 seats short of a majority. Moving #DevonCountyCouncil from Tory to #NOC. If the #LibDems form a coalition with @greenparty.org.uk who have 6 seats there will be a LibDem-Green working maj.
