Here's the BBC doing a good job. Excellent advice on eating the salvageable pieces left, on rotten fruit. Recipes for eating types of peel & much more. The supermarkets are kind enough to advise us on making an effort, not to waste. Helping us, by ending the use of sell-by dates on fresh products.
