Is it me, or is SCOTUS downright hostile towards the APA? I mean, how can someone’s legal status (Venezuela) change in a day without having gone thru analysis, evidence specifically showing how & why DHS or State made their decisions re: deportation but not travel advisories? I am a civil servant.

Sending love and strength to President Biden who’s done incredibly hard things from raising a family after his first wife died to parenting kids through cancer & addiction. What’s up with these judges who insist on changing the subject back to Chevron? Are the senior judges able to remain awake the whole time & digest the current cases’ args in court? Are they jazzed or pissed to become super-agency judges in different ratios than the less experienced judges?
