About 50% of Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library funding comes from the state through the PLF. The other half comes from local property tax levies. Our Library will lose $14.5 million, a 29% hit, beginning July 1, 2025, if the Ohio House’s budget is adopted. #CincinnatiPublicLibrary
