auch. this is really forming to be a year of rejection after rejection, and a true test of patience for my always too eager brain. that said though, The Ecstasy of Jenny D is ready for the soft launch and that makes my heart happy

In addition: allies, it's very important that you help normalise the display of pronouns by adding your own (if it's safe for you to do so, that is). The sooner it's normalised, the safer it'll become for trans and non-binary people to proudly share their pronouns online.

I once made a kids book during lockdown. It's since been really seriously loved around the world. But the publisher was really tiny (I couldn't get a big publisher without an agent) & I've been told they can't afford another print run atm :( If any agents or publishers want, it's open to offers...
