Researchers recently caught Meta using tactics that one expert called similar to those of digital crooks to secretly compile logs of people’s web browsing on Android devices. Here are a few ways to safeguard your digital privacy:

Amazing. Respect the lede.

So much this!

Buffoonery aside, I think a lot of Americans can't process that multiple generations of Germans renounce and revile past actions rather than treat them as an aspect of of their culture that must be maintained.

this is like drake and kendrick lamar but they're both drake

What’s ridiculous about this is how immature it is. The world‘s richest man and the world‘s most powerful man have no admirable qualities, they are immature, petty, rude, disrespectful, and unkind. This is not a person to look to as a prototype of anything but cruelty.

I'm just glad one of these men has the nuclear codes and the other has all our personal data.

One of the greatest deceptions of our time is the false narrative that we should be more concerned about a poor person misusing the welfare system or an immigrant being here illegally than we are about the ultra wealthy abusing the system and cruel people having unchecked power over all of us.

🔥MUST-WATCH: @profgalloway.com takes Elon apart “Somehow in 🇺🇸 we decided💰excuses depravity… his behavior his abhorrent. He’s not a role model. His legacy won’t be an EV or rockets— it’ll be unnecessary death, disease, disability of 🌎’s most vulnerable.” piers: “Wow.”

For years we've heard from the right about "welfare queens" and other so-called "freeloaders" pulling one over on the government. But actually, it's the wealthy who are the real freeloaders — pulling one over on us all by skirting their taxes. Where is the outrage over that?

😕 pretty much

An immigrant who has committed a crime can be prosecuted and removed, says the @aclu.org‬’s Lee Gelernt, but “It does not mean they can be subjected to a potentially lifetime sentence in a foreign gulag.” With @texastribune.org‬, @cazadoresdefakenews.info‬ & Alianza Rebelde Investiga

I mean, if you had a serious, important job and you made a mistake like this, you'd probably get fired...

Imagine being more concerned about people being too compassionate than about people being too cruel.

Economists warn that by increasing the U.S. national debt during a period of relative economic strength, the government is running the risk that the tipping point will come at the worst possible moment.

President Trump has long amplified debunked or baseless theories. On Saturday, he shared a conspiracy theory on social media that falsely claimed former President Biden had been executed and replaced by a robot. It was the latest outlandish claim he has promoted online to millions of followers.

The reality that masked men without proper identification are confronting and arresting and taking away people should be intolerable to anyone who calls themselves American.

Hidden in the Republican budget bill: a provision to do away with all oversight on AI systems with rent fixing algorithms. If your rent starts to go up, Republicans are to blame.

We are like six months from them outlawing seatbelts.

President Donald Trump has signed full pardons for imprisoned reality show couple Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were sentenced to lengthy prison terms in 2022 for a conspiracy to defraud banks out of more than $30 million, according to a White House official. Read more: cnn.it/45rCXX8

Brazen, open corruption. Presidency for sale. www.nytimes.com/2025/05/27/u...

President Donald Trump announced he is granting a “full and unconditional pardon” to a former Virginia sheriff, Scott Jenkins, who was convicted of conspiracy, honest services fraud and bribery.

On Memorial Day, we remember the sacrifices that our men and women in uniform and their families have made to preserve our freedom. May we always strive to honor the strength and resolve they’ve shown our country.

Ever since “Russia if you’re listening” corruption and criming out in the open is still corruption and criming

This Memorial Day weekend, the best way to honor the soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice is to honor and protect the freedoms and the democracy they died for.

I love how Rs are always given the free pass to 'not be informed' about what their own party is doing or the President is doing because they've been saying 'I haven't seen it' for 10 years now and that's good enough. Tweets, pressers, statements. They always look away for some reason and that's OK.

Back before the Internet, we thought the reason for human stupidity was the lack of information options. I’ll put it this way: That wasn’t it.

Of course it was... 🤦🏻

You're seeing America kamikaze itself into a brick wall. It didn't have to be this way. But greed and racism, our two sins, will be our downfall. Too many people still with their hands in the sand.

“If this was done by another country, we absolutely would call this corruption,” said Kristofer Harrison, who served as a high-level State Department official in the George W. Bush administration. “Because it is corruption.”

It’s hardly surprising that the same people who were fine with older Americans dying from Covid have no issues with cutting Medicare.

If the GOP Tax Scheme is so beautiful, then why are they voting on it in the wee hours of the morning? Maybe because it’s irredeemably ugly and cruel.

Unthinkable evil.

Do you ever think about the great things America could do if we focused our energy on common good rather than corporate greed?

Hilarious on several levels. #GriftersGonnaGrift

If a foreign adversary snuck into our Federal budget and cut science research and education the way we’re cutting it ourselves — strategically undermining America’s long-term health, wealth, and security — we would likely consider it an act of war.

Reminder: the Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen posts are just to distract from the Qatari "gift" or the fact that he's trying to rip Medicare and Medicaid from millions of Americans right now.

Disgusting.

Trump’s family has turned the White House into a cash machine, cutting billion-dollar deals with foreign governments and collecting luxury perks. Time for a reckoning. adamkinzinger.substack.com/p/the-400-mi...

I successfully pushed the Biden administration to clamp down on how data brokers use your private data. Now it's the latest casualty in the Trump administration's efforts to help companies turn a profit at the expense of consumers.
