My friend Lee is just wrapping up his secondment at the Planning Inspectorate, so their Head of Delivery role has just gone live www.civilservicejobs.service.gov.uk/csr/index.cg... (Bristol, perm, £76k-84k). Strong recommend if you are looking for your next thing.

Things are stagnating, we need people who can do things differently....We are scared, we need people who do things the way it has always been done...Things are stagnating, we need people who can do things differently....We are scared, we need people who do things the way it has always been done...

Tomorrow is my granddaughter’s last GCSE 😳

On this day 85 years ago, the first transport of prisoners left for Auschwitz from Tarnów. My cousin, Zbyszek Matys, was one of them. This film carries the voices of some who survived. My cousin was not one of them. It is not easy to watch, but it must be watched.

The BBC would like to speak to anyone directly impacted by NHS Coventry and Warwickshire’s decision to stop taking new ADHD Assessment referrals for anyone over 25. See for more details below. If this is you and you are willing to share your story please fill in form at: adhduk.co.uk/media-callout

Today's cookery course - stuffed vegetables. One of my group decided that it was a bit bland and so the other hoyed a load of chilli flakes in. It was nice but I had to go to M&S for soured cream.

Caring with Neurodivergence If you have read my posts before you may be aware that I am a carer for my parents along with my partner Mick. We moved from Yorkshire to Dorset at the end of 2020 to be close at hand. At that time they both had some difficulty with mobility but were mostly independent.…

Denmark’s Ministry of Digital Government is phasing out its use of Microsoft Office.. to switch to open source alternatives like LibreOffice instead. Why? Because relying too heavily on a US tech giant for your nation’s digital infrastructure is starting to feel a bit... well, risky.

To be balanced on this account I should report that I got soaked earlier in the supermarket car park. It’s not always sunny in #Dorset

Is anyone able to test something on Miro for me (quick job) thanks

This is possibly the most important piece of journalism I’ll ever write. At the age of 50, I was diagnosed autistic. Please read my story and share it so others don’t have to wait so long to understand who they are ❤️ #autism #autistic #neurodivergent www.theguardian.com/society/2025...

If you ever went raving/clubbing and are in or near London, do go and see/experience In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats. It's a trippy VR recreation of the 90s rave scene in the Midlands and it's joyous. I saw it in Birmingham a couple of years ago and it was glorious to go again. Absolutely brilliant.

Second week of cookery lessons. Mostly older widowers. I’m there to get the bug for actual cooking back. It’s all coming back to me 🔪🍽️🥒🍅🍚🫚🧅🧄🌶️🫓 Curry, flat bread and raita today

The NHS is urgently appealing for people to come forwards and give blood in Brixton to replenish falling stocks 🩸 A succession of bank holidays and the start of half-term means they have seen a drop-off in donations. Please consider signing up 🙏🏾 www.blood.co.uk

GDS archivists! I'm looking for any blogs, papers, business cases etc. on the case for transitioning government web content to the single GOV.UK domain (from back in the day 2011-13?). Also, any insights into how Departments were engaged to persuade them this was in their interests.

What calendar format works for you? Every now and then I see a question about calendars and what works for people with ADHD. Everyone is different and so what works for me might not work for you. However here are some things to consider which might help when trying different ways of keeping track…

Things my parents don't call me about - they are getting a delivery of two new heavy riser/recliner chairs later in the day. Things my parents call me about (after 8pm) - "You bought a tin of plant based custard by mistake and we didn't like it"
