DRAGON QUEST I & II CHUNSOFT CO. 1993 SUPER FAMICOM

On Gundam Wing's 30th anniversary, let's listen to its music like I did pre-MP3 and on dial-up all over again: charmingly twee MIDI renditions from a fan site!

Got my copy finally! It's a really fun game. #gamecollecting #3ds #gaming

System Of A Down, Chop Suey. Hokuto Force #C64 youtu.be/6oRUCkAbPn0?...

Hey y'all, I have a bit of a personal plea. I've been let down today by a client for some work and that's left me in a bit of a urgent bind. Picking up issues and bundles of our zine would be super helpful. Otherwise, my ko-fi and PP are there as tip jars. ko-fi.com/retrobytes paypal.me/curicuri

There is just something so special about the Wizardry series. Dungeon crawlers are some of my absolute favorite types of games. Wizardry itself holds the highest place over all of them, in my opinion. The art below is for Wizardry V, which came out on the Super Nintendo in the us in April of 1994.

Finished The Quarry today. It was quite a great game. I won't spoil anything, but if you liked Telltale type of games, you would very much enjoy this one.

I'm glad the anniversary collection lets me have the scan lines. It's still as much fun as I remember #Castlevania

What video game are you playing this weekend?

My love for strategy RPGs mostly stems from playing Shining Force over and over. It didn't matter that I knew what was going to happen. I just loved it. #rpg #shiningforce #sega

Rise of the Ronin has some funny camera effects. Fisheye lens is great

In my opinion, The Days When My Mother Was There is the best track on Persona 5's OST. The subject matter is so sad, and the track really kept me going through that chapter.

Puzzle Link is a seriously underappreciated puzzle game. Honestly, I would like to see it make a comeback instead of being stuck to the Neo Geo Pocket. I know its sequel is in one of the collections, so that's a start.

Shining in the Holy Ark is such a strange but great game. I love the Warning signs.

Geobockers on the Sega Saturn is a fun little game. Reminds me a little of Bulk Slash but not as cool. Still is a fun game on its own. #segasaturn

Sweet Home for the Famicom Haunted House RPG YES PLEASE

I kinda miss console themes. We had so many customizable options on the 360, ps3,Vita, ps4, etc. I see Xbox is kinda adding some now, but it was a nice little thing.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced. This game has given me hours upon hours of entertainment. Yet another top-tier Gameboy Advance game. While I do not feel it was as good as Final Fantasy Tactics, the story and world had its own overall feel and was a great game to play just whenever.

On Golden Sun: The Lost Age I found the two party system in this game to be one of the coolest features. The summons were mega cool, the music was fantastic, and that artwork is just some of the best the GBA offers. I view the game as one whole and feel it's the best game on the GBA.

I wanna talk about my favorite game in the Gameboy Advance. In my opinion, Golden Sun is THE game that really solidified my love for the GBA. I think it's one of the best JRPGs, and the feel hasn't been replicated in a way that feels even close to the same.

Final Fantasy 6 is my all-time favorite one in the series. From the. Moment that the scene below started, I knew I was going to love this game. I was hooked big time when this came out, and I still to this day dont think any release after the SNES/SFC versions have hit the same.
