THIS. Only 53.6% of Oklahoma's voting population voted (eligible pop, not registered pop). When we get blues in office (*cough like Kendra Horn in 2018 cough*), we get gerrymandered and lose that seat. It fries my cookies too when blues say that for SO MANY REASONS.
