What normal people are excited about buying: A Switch 2 What I'm excited about buying: (Explain? Why, I'd be glad to! The working copy for Book 2 was in a blue pressboard report cover. Book 3 is in a green pressboard cover. And now Book 4...)

Inventing technobabble that doesn't sound like technobabble yet sounds more techno than babble is HARD. The acid test is sounding the word out. For example, one such word was "akesokyne," pronounced "a-KAY-so-kine." Tom Servo: I'd rather have a case of bass ale. *sigh* *tosses word away*

There's no one left alive, mist be a draw. So the red cap barons toss a coin to settle the score. (IYKYK)

Not enough popcorn in the world for this.

I was excellent with maps as a child and was the designated map-reader on car trips. I also memorized a lot of the Thomas Bros. atlas when I lived in Los Angeles, so I could find my way around pretty easily.

Watching "The Three Doctors" a) because I'd forgotten who Omega was and b) I wanted a fun palate cleanser from whatever the hell "The Reality War" was supposed to be. It's so much more fun now that I've seen several Second Doctor episodes; I could watch Troughton and Pertwee bicker for hours.

"Rainbow capitalism" makes it clear that we are a demographic to be reckoned with, which, I hate to burst your bubble, is how every company sees people. If we keep pissing on corporations who "exploit" Pride, it only means we become more invisible and oppressing us becomes a lot easier.

Okay, anyone who thinks the final regeneration in the last episode of Doctor Who was the BIGGEST problem of the episode was also only interested in "ethics in gaming journalism," if you catch my drift.

Projection Edge Eamonn is here to float into your afternoon.

Another generic group shot of the Quaint Quartet, because I have Monday anxiety over a ton of adulting I have to do this week and thus can't sleep. So I might as well have a reminder on my BlueSky account of what's important.
