One thing that’s frustrating listening to myself talk, is I cut myself off and interrupt myself a lot. The solution isn’t “just allow myself to finish a sentence,” because AS SOON AS that other thought pops into my head and I have to get it out, what I was going to say disappears into the abyss.

do ya'll ever take your arms and do circles around eachother like a false start signal to see how fast you can go and how long you can go without hitting your arms together? I just did it at rapid speed for 30 seconds and didnt touch my arms together once.
