The idea that high IQ people are free of bias and error is not true but embraced by today’s far right. Forgetting that people tend to exaggerate their score, high IQ tend to be more lonely and isolated than people further down the curve. Seems notable if you wanna give those people power.

One of the ways the public sector (law enforcement) is different than the private sector is they cannot handle quotas without violating your constitutional rights. Tell a police department to go double their drug arrests or ICE to double immigrants arrests and you're burning the 4th amendment.

We are cutting medical research and therefore med school budgets, cutting Medicaid which is a lifeline for many hospitals in poor areas, and running off a lot of home healthcare. Unfortunately doesn’t take a genius to see where things are going.
