Very saddened to hear about President Biden's prostate cancer diagnosis. Wishing him the best. As a prostate cancer survivor, I want to say: Begin PSA tests in your 40s, and continue well past your 70s. Too many conflicting guidelines out there, for a variety of reasons. It's just a blood test.
