Gastrointestinal issues, even with a clean diet, seem almost inevitable. Food intolerances, dysphagia, GERD & myositis are just some of the common & almost guaranteed manifestations found among Sjogren's patients. For me adding natural probiotics like buttermilk have been a gamechanger. #guthealth

Eye problems & Sjogren's go hand n hand. Dry lacrimal glands(no tears) conjunctivitis,blurry vision & dermatomyositis are some of theost commonly reported eye issues. A patient may experience some or all of these symptoms. To anyone living w/this disease know there's still joy, love & purpose.
