I gave up on this too soon. It seems Rep. Pocan @pocan.house.gov is doing just what I suggested successfully. NOW IT'S UP TO THE REST OF US TO CALL OUR OWN LOCAL DEM HQs AND REPS AND TELL THEM TO DO IT!, & for them to push the idea up to the DNC as a national tactic. DO IT NOW!
