Just voted in OH & the process is VERY INCONSISTENT. Mine scanned my ID, state name & addy, sign, blank & ticket handed. At the machine, they scanned ticket, confirmed right ballot, had me confirm, and then put the blank in the machine. Then left me to vote. We are not a serious democracy. At all.
