I’m heavily invested in vaccines, as it was my late father’s life’s work, and frankly decades of scientists have looked at the cures Mr Kennedy is promoting and concluded that they do not cure measles. But you know what safely prevents measles? The measles vaccine.

I'm pleased I never actually added up how much we spent in total on childminders and nurseries getting up to school age (and it doesn't stop there). We met brilliant early years educators so I don't resent the money, but it is a lot!
