"... amid growing recognition that women's pain should be treated." We've been fighting this fight for decades (yes,centuries, but that's not the point or helpful to point out). Women have been literally screaming with pain and told, "it shouldn't hurt; you're overreacting/too sensitive/dramatic."

Most people know someone who isn't or wasn't high risk until they got COVID and were hospitalized or developed long-term conditions like long-COVID, or lung scaring, cardiovascular diseases, or even diabetes after a diagnosis of COVID-19.

Governors have both the right and the obligation to refuse this request. The President cannot commandeer NG without their consent and the use of military to police the interior, as opposed to insurrection/emergency response, is expressly forbidden. Do not let this genie out of the bottle.

The judge has the ability to: 1. Hold the U.S. Government in Civil Contempt, 2. Impose Daily Fines, 3. Structure those fines to compensate the harmed party. So— Judge should hold US Gov in contempt with a fine of $1M per day, and compensate the man's family— $1M per day! Trump's head will spin.
