When I got this yarrow the tag made it look like it would be “paprika” so I was a little disappointed with the first blooms, which were much more yellow. But, now fresh shoots have emerged and those flowers look much more like what was advertised. I guess we’ll see what happens this year #gardening

Some more sights.

Buenos Dias and enjoy Arenal on a clear day.

Touristy, but have seen a crocodile in “the wild”

Breakfast companions. They are sticking to fruit this morning.

Toucan and parakeets giving us one last morning of visits.

Not a birder, but around Manuel Antonio it is hard not to see something cool: Cherrie's tanager, Gray-headed Chachalaca, Scarlet Macaw, Finsch's parakeet (I think), Yellow-throated Toucan, Ruby-Throated Hummingbird, immature blue heron, white ibis, tiger heron, all the “normal” wading birds. Plus..

The things we do for our kids.

First day in Costa Rica. Spotted both types of sloths, squirrel and white faced monkeys, toucans, even some deer and snakes. Oh and we had a parrots living on our balcony. Plus this little buddy.

Arrived Costs Rica. So excited to experience everything here.
