?!?! It's a mystery.

We've passing through the Stalin Kulak elimination phase and now we're ramping up the Mussolini command economy phase.

To be clear, the 10% tariffs are still on the two penguin islands.

He doesn't care about optics anymore. He doesn't care about bad press. He's convinced he's right - completely high on his own supply. All criticism is fake. History tells us this kind of hubris works out very well in the long run. www.huffpost.com/entry/maggie...

Shot. Chaser.

Congrats Ken!

... but not the mystery. Which would be fine.

1st season of Twin Peaks managed a similar thing. Agent Cooper shot which would have restored the status quo (investigation ends) and resolved his arc.

It's not complicated. Trump/Voight/Musk took over Republican resistance via angry MAGA base, RW press, primary challenges. Then hobble all fed agencies who wld do oversight by installing lackies and clowns. Then threaten press, courts, cos with no recourse but to comply. Eventually it's all theirs.

Next, nickels. www.nytimes.com/2025/02/19/u...

I hope America is as lucky as the delta jet - everyone survives but the right wing explodes

First saw this film on VHS while working at Blockbuster in the 90s - hip music alt road movie by Rudy Wurlitzer and Robert Frank. New FilmMovement blu-ray brings it to new life and opens up the message the road is what you make it. What you're going to is not in your control.
